British flowers, end of season update

27 August 2025

Summer’s Not Done Yet

September may be synonymous with that end of summer feeling, but we’ve still got plenty of new British flowers to look forward to.

Late summer is a wonderful time of year if you ask us. Autumn looms, with the daylight hours discreetly waning, yet there’s still plenty of warmth to soak up.
Summer grasses rustle in the ever so slightly chillier breeze as the rush of summer holiday-goers slows for another year. Some crops may be turning to seed, but there are still plenty of seasonal flowers to come.

Chrysanthemums, more sunflowers, scabious, rudbekia, a second flush of those ever-popular cosmos.

Summer’s not done just yet.

You can grab our British Dahlias before the season ends, or our pot luck selection boxes featuring all the best British flowers from the farm.
